Speaking of his interest in the kitchen from an early age, “I have always had a passion for cooking – some of my earliest memories are in the kitchen helping my mum make dinner. As I grew up I quickly took the role of head chef in the Baber household – I’d often get home from school, get into the kitchen and see what I could come up with.”
